Shipping Methods

PennSelect Seeds LLC currently ships orders within the United States using:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 4 days).

  • Local pickup may also be available in the State College, Pennsylvania area. Choose the local pickup option at checkout and PennSelect will coordinate pickup with you via e-mail.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may vary during periods of high seasonal demand, holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are currently offered at a flat rate of $5.50.

  • Local pickup option is free of charge.

  • PennSelect may adjust packaging methods when necessary to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Tracking Information

  • USPS Ground Advantage shipments include tracking information.

  • Customers will receive shipment confirmation information once an order has been fulfilled.

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • USPS delivery performance may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

  • PennSelect is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact PennSelect promptly via email at info@pennselectseeds.com.

  • While we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible, liability for carrier-related delays or losses is limited.

Seasonal Considerations

  • Seeds are living products. Customers are encouraged to monitor local weather conditions and avoid exposing shipments to prolonged extreme temperatures after delivery.
